“Reda picked us up promptly from a location near our apartment. He called when he was outside and looked after us all morning with good communication. Our only negative was that my sister was GF and there wasn’t much for her to eat. Apart from that it was a great experience and very good value for money we thought.”

The only downside was we were supposed to go on a camel ride but for some reason they just dropped us home after the hot air balloon ride. We did manage to get a refund though.
