“Reda picked us up promptly from a location near our apartment. He called when he was outside and looked after us all morning with good communication. We loved the hot air balloon flight, it was absolutely perfect and a tick for the bucket list. We then travelled for traditional breakfast, again a great experience. Our only negative was that my sister was GF and there wasn’t much for her to eat. Apart from that it was a great experience and very good value for money we thought.”
