The only downside was we were supposed to go on a camel ride but for some reason they just dropped us home after the hot air balloon ride. We did manage to get a refund though. I had to WhatsApp and message and call for our pick up time constantly the day before . I was eventually told I would be informed that night after 8pm after checking wind speeds . I got a message at 8:15pm. If I had only been told this in the paperwork I wouldn’t have stressed all day wondering what was happening.
